Indeed! It'll take awhile to work off all those extra calories...and the worst is that all our snow has melted so we can't go skiing-drat! A foot of snow melted overnight. Global warming is here.

Hardly any snow here in Jackson either! I could use about fifty miles of xc skiing to work off my holiday spare tire! (there is snow on the mountain)

Me too! Not to brag but, I love my Apple Pie. I am doing something wrong though when I make it. It always turns out very "Juicy" inside. Like when you slice it, it seems to be swimming in a thick syrupy juice. I've tried to add a little extra flour to the apple mixture but it doesn't really do the trick. Any suggestions? BTW your crust looked amazing! ~Sunny~

Use a tablespoon or so of cornstarch- it thickens it right up.
