@jmiles12081208 I don't think he saved at all. If recollection serves me correctly, he said that he got the Rocket Launcher unlocked after this run. To get the Rocket Launcher in Code Veronica, you have to beat the game in under 5 hours (you have to skip the cut-scenes because they count to your time), NO SAVES, cannot use first-aid spray, and dying just ONCE, you might as well restart the game if you want to get the Rocket Launcher.

What should i do? I'm at the tyrant boss (idk if you gotta fight him multiple times, but its in the alley when you die if you get hit into the fire in the back) and all i have in my inventory is the Burst handgun, bow gun with 160 something regular arrows, and ink ribbons.

all you have to do is lure him close to the edge of the plane make sure he dosnet wack you off the plane then run around him and quickly press the button because he is so close to the edge it will just wack him off the plane :) i did it to save bullets for the alexia battle
