  • The lemon stops the artichoke from turning brown, so you are doing that correctly. But to prevent the bitter taste, when the water starts to boil, then take the lemons out. The breadcrumbs are a typical Italian bread crumb recipe. The actual recipe is in my cook book

  • what did u put in the breadcrumbs and when i make artichokes i find it bitter when i put lemon in the water,am i doing something wrong?
