Caroline....let me tell you how us "red neck Yanks" in the USA do it. It is certainly not healthy....but....I can guarantee you it is delicious. Use an old seasoned cast iron skillet... get it nice and hot, throw in 3 slices of bacon (I think some people in other countries call it rasher) and cook it well done and crisp....set it aside. Mix eggs and half cream / half milk and pour into the hot skillet with the remaining bacon fat...scramble the egg in the fat....this is hillbilly heaven

this is kind of how i make mine but after i mix them all i just put them in the pan and cook them that way but when there cooking i put some chesse in them and mix it all together its really good.

Water is better for fluffy scambled eggs, and the consistency is way better in an iron pan with the last part of cooking lidded to fluff them right up! LOL Well it's all a matter of how you like your eggs too I suppose...
