Keyboards for talkboxing really depend on the sound you are looking for. Any keyboard that can produce electronic sound will work but if you are looking for that "Zapp" sound, then you want a synth that can produce a sawtooth wave or similar tone. Maybe the micro Korg will work for you. Regarding output, any regular output will work, doesn't need to be "speaker out". Did you order a powered banshee talkbox? If not, you will most likely need a small amp to power the Talkbox as well.
