I'm not sure exactly what the legal opium is, there are many "legal highs" but I do not think its hash. To sell hash you would need a coffeeshop license, the clip is of a headshop so they are most likely not selling hash.

@andrewpyrah Where do you get the idea from that a headshop in the Netherlands wouldn't have a coffeeshoplicense? I'm from Rotterdam where I know of at least 3 headshops that also sell all kinds of weed and hash.

Incidentally they are all in the same street, called Nieuwe Binnenweg: Headshop Pluto, headshop Nemo and headshop De Lachende Paus (although I think the latter is closed now, not sure).

Also, that stuff in the video looks like sticky dark "eastern" hash. Trust me.

Not quite sure where you got that info. No drugs are legal here but soft drugs such as cannabis are tolerated.
