1. Do you need to use your checklist or do you know it all off by heart?? 2. Are you sure your meant to be putting drain fuel back into the tanks?? CAANZ would go crazy if they ever saw us doing that, I quote "If the check is negative from each drain point, empty the container into the receptacle provided. DO NOT TIP THE CONTENTS BACK INTO THE AIRCRAFT TANKS." Just wondering ae
@92NZPilot I know the outside walk around by heart but I have to use the checklist for the inside. As far and pouring the fuel I drain back in the tanks. That's the way I was shown by my CFI
@cholubaz ohhk, for all of our checks (normal and emergency procedures), we are trained by remembering them all off by heart. With the fuel, once out of the tank, it's classed as contaminant and should never be place back in the tank. I should make a vid of New Zealand style of per-flighting haha
@bradc314 The flight school TransPac which is next to Cutter where this is tied down has probably 50 of these. This may be a little newer than some but the PA28-181 Cherokee is a typical trainer if you don't want to learn in a Cessna. I am lucky though to be in a more modern plane with newer avionics.
Thanks for checking it out. I post a video for about every training flight I have been on.
@BeechSundowner Thanks the camera is just a cheap Aiptek 720P camera. I bought it used off ebay many years back. I will go through your videos and find it. :-)

Na, don't get someone to help you :-) Make it much more feeling like I am there with you as preflight happens.
Tried to video response my preflight but doesn't come up with my video to attach the response.
Sound on your camera is amazingly clear!
