  • dispatch from general jar-jar-binks " big-badda-boom! me-sah is here to have breakfast-in-bed wit you! hansom massah!"

  • they ruined cossacks by making it like this was much better before

  • lol wtf it game its fun if u like buliding armys n stuff

  • Are you using a mod?

  • Nope, just the original Cossacks 2 game.

  • This is appalling & an insult to Greek & Russian orthodox people. The Kontakion for the Departed is played at funeral services & should not be accompanied by a video containing cannonfire, battles, massacres & commentary in an abysmal Yank accent.

The Kontakion has become popular in the Western church too(e.g.Princess Diana's Funeral). Used it at my Dad's. Like using the Mourner's Kaddisha to accompany the Battle of the Somme.

  • Are you saying those who die in war are unworthy of proper funerals/hymns?

  • Not at all, just that they deserve the respect that is paid on occasions like Anzac Day, Armistice Day, Hiroshima Day & Remembrance Day services. You know, the Last Post at Dawn & all that stuff. You don't go to the Dawn Service at the Shrine or Anzac Cove or war cemeteries & watch war images - it is silent & solemn with the Last Post & the remembrance poem.

  • As an artist, I feel that the reality of war is best realized, and the plight of those who endure it, is best appreciated when it is fully synthesized and demonstrated for those who have not seen it. Thank you for your thoughtful input. I mean no insult to anyone, merely to put people to thought and remembrance.

  • INNIT.

  • @Hammondlover2 No, he says that this is just a computer game :D

  • Music like the Kontakion is free to use for everyone, and the matter you're talking about is even more subjective: when to use certain music pieces is up to the choice of the director of the movie. And think of it like this: it's still better than some right-wing extremists on youtube, who abuse De Vlaamse Leeuw (a 17th century song of the Flemish people) or those who still like to play Horst Wessel...

  • hmmm..... let me see hmm...... 5/10

  • Nice video, good job!
