You can face social problems in anywhere in this world. Racism and Discrimination exist in any place around the world. However, you cannot judge or blame the entire people or nation just because of one group or individual's mistake.

maybe I know that at least in three different occasions, three different people said almost the same bad thing. Never forget Japan is an island and it's easier to find racism against foreigners. All island tend to be like that. I wish to remember you also that many war imported labour force imported from china and korea since ww2 is not in posession of the passport. I wish to reminds that there are every sunday busses with the national flag shouting things against foreigns. Not really a paradise

to be sincere tourists don't have links with general population. I and others do. I doubt I'll ever go to Japan again, Japan has no monuments worth seeing twice, and outside big tows is very unfriendly.
