probably on the UAV, thats why he dragged is sights over it so that his aim would stick to him.

You can see that the player shows up on the UAV. he just had to line up the direction and then there wasn't many places to hide.

@nachoguana In that building there's actually some windows on the roof in the middle of the desks, so when the care package fell, it would fall into the room and not on the roof. In this case, he didn't get it under the window so it got stuck lol.
