This doesn't look to be so much a pro-Canada video as a slightly anti-American video. Though it's not really either; it just consists of finding the stupidest Americans one can and asking them questions about a country they have no real reason to care about. Most people in general (Not just in the U.S.) wouldn't know that Canada doesn't have states or national igloos. Although it's pretty sad that these people fell for it.
