  • Educate me. How is the knee going over the toe dangerous? Try walking up stairs without the knee gliding over your toe. This "knee over the toe" myth has been repeated over and over again in every aerobics class in America... Tell a lie long enough and it becomes truth. Its the same as other myths like Cholesterol clogs your arteries too.

  • His knee is going in front of his toes.... dangerous. Shouldnt he sit down more instead of leaning forward?

  • This is for muscle rehab or something? seems like his workout leg is smaller than the other, perhaps from wearing a cast for a long period of time?
