dude you looked fine before. you looked fit, toned and healthy. You've clearly got a naturally slim frame so you're never going to be massive. why fight that? Being slim is better than being heavy any day whether its muscle or fat. I've watched a few of these videos and I still dont get the need for this stuff. I suppose its because i dont get why people feel the need to get bigger. for those who want to lose weight, running and cutting out unnecessary fats and carbs will work.

Working out with P90X could improve his cardiovascular endurance and allow him to run farther (i.e longer distances). It could also improve strength and reduce injury rate. There are a lot of benefits from P90X and even working out other than just "getting bigger".
A lot of these people are so full of shit. It takes more time than 60 days to put on muscle mass. (and don't say i don't train right because I do) this has to be bullshit. Putting on mass is a patient process

@montuzumasviper Well p90x isnt going to get you big . It will get you low body fat percentage , ripped lean muscles . You will be toned and after doing it your lifts should be much more . Like you should be able to bench around 30% more then you could prior to it

@nanisam3 dude tony horton says in the ab ripper x dvd not to work your abs out every day, you gotta do the whole program and change your diet if you want results. im on p90x lean im not finished yet but i feel awesome already, i didnt start out fat just out of shape and it makes you feel great. the work outs are only like an hour just pop them in and as doc horton would say, BRING IT.

@BrownFlip7852 p90x is an extreme at home workout program it works very well providing youfollow it correctly all you need is the p90x CD's and some dumbells and a pull up bar, and yoga mat.

Does anyone have p90x insanity? Would it be a good idea to add 1-5 miles of runnign after the p90x workout? My eating habits are horrible....so i figure working out a lot more cold fix that.
@Jimstaa07 I dont think running an extra 3-5 miles is a good idea. I guess it depends if you drink/ eat protein after working out. If you do id do an intense running for 20mins if you'd like. But much more then that your gonna strip off your muscles. All i have to say is try your best to get on top of your eating. Once you get going on healthy meals you get used to it. After that you wont even want to go back to eating junk food.
@Jimstaa07 unfortunately you have to change your eating habits to get the results. For guys you have to have around 10 percent body fat or less for those abs to show up. Basically you can have all the muscle you want, but if you eat poorly than it will never look like you want it to

This guy had to do everything right on the p90x to get results like that... He probably didnt eat one bad thing the whole time and busted his ass... I just got done with plyometrics and that is the toughest workout ever, day 2 down, 88 more to go lol..

As with any professionally-created strength and conditioning program, it's the real deal if you put your time in, eat right, and take it seriously. Also, the physical changes say nothing for how this guy FEELS compared to when he started. You can't see or feel that aspect on a video or with pics.

Erm, keep in mind that his bodyfat percentage on day 1 is very low.
I reckon' he has around 12-13% over there, on day 90 he has a mere 7 or 8 %.
Bodybuilders focus on 6-8% or even less (if possible).
Definition and the visual aspect of your muscles are easier shown without all the bodyfat.

im on it too. free on torrents. this should not be 90 days but instead a routine you see yourself doing for the rest of your life. I love it, its alot of fun getting stronger

As with any professionally-created strength and conditioning program, it's the real deal if you put your time in, eat right, and take it seriously. Also, the physical changes say nothing for how this guy FEELS compared to when he started. You can't see or feel that aspect on a video or with pics.

I am doing p90x...the workouts are hard My fitness level was below where you need to be just to do these when I started. but it still made a huge differance in my life.

hey, alot of people had that problem (including me) There is another workout called P90 and is the pre-quel of P90X alot of people feel better with that one. You should check it out.
