I'm proud to see that a Brazilian Pedal like the amazing GNI Music make success offshore, mainly on exigent and competitive market of USA with higher buying power. Congratulation GNI !!!
Eu tenho um pedal desse e é realmente muito bom. Ele tem um timbre maravilhoso e versatilidade. Que bom que é Brasileiro.Nós fazemos produtos de qualidade.
the pedal is very good, but the guy who played timbrar not know .. here in Brazil we call this pedal NIG, and I have one just like that and it took a sound much better than this ..
the best pedal for metal is the metal muff. the satchurator has a good variety of tones, as does this pedal, but I think the metal muff will give you the most bang for your buck.
First review that has really had any affect on me, to be honest. At the beginning, I exclaimed "Holy Shit!" once Andyy finished the intro. I didn't know he could play like THAT! I'd buy one of these, If I wasn't 14, and had a job. I'll at least go check the price...
what´s this pedal voltage??
megarruinador 5 days ago
@megarruinador The GNI pedals take a standard 9V adapter or battery.

Man, position 2, with a compressor, distortion level 6 or 7....woooooooow. Such a clean distortion without any buzzzz.
Awesome combination!

GNI? What the f***? Here in Brazil it's NIG, not GNI !
MaiconOX 1 year ago
@MaiconOX Probably because here in the US, any company called NIG would get a LOT of backlash due to it being short for 'nigger.'

i agree, like he wrote its more 60's and 70's sound thats why its not so good for metal. but for old van halen style its awesome!

Boss DS-1 is the best bang for your buck distortion pedal out there.

Really? I would have to disagree...the fulltone ocd or the barber direct drive run circles sround it.

One tip, don't buy metaldistortion pedals, they don't work on than half of the amps.
halloikbenmax 2 years ago 3
This thing is amazing. But I'd have to say the Metal Muff is almost as good, for less than half the price.
Chumleh 2 years ago
Would this be better for metal than the Satchurator? More gain?

Yes, no doubt

Correct me if i'm wrong, but 1/4" is the standard guitar plug.
