  • Can't wait until We the People rise up and storm Corporate and Government buildings and drag these fuckers out by the hair and hack them to pieces with machetes.

  • What a greedy fat fuck

  • I think it would be nice to just run out of Oil all over the World ^_^

  • @ITBOILSMYBLOOD Unemployment benefits running out doesn't make you fall out of the labor force, it's stopping an active search for employment. Everybody taking UI is either looking or retraining.

  • @sneakers55

All I'm saying is they made people focus on simple numbers regardless that those people didn't actually find work. It was just another piss poor excuse to further line the pockets of the oil industry as our nation's economy almost went belly up.

  • Give that sucker the chair

  • You as an individual have the power to take most of the power away from government and big business. Solar, wind power, thermal heating, electric vehicles.

It is up to the individual person to take the initiative of converting to these forms of renewable energy. You just have to make an effort. Your grand children will thank you.

  • @RedRager1

    Agree!!!!!!!!!!! :)

  • so, wheres the problem?

  • @originaltrip

Really, sheer greed, lies, deception, right.... there's no problem. Major corporations didn't notice Exxon Mobil's greed and not get greedier. CEO's didn't notice the insane amount of money Lee Raymond walked away with and not want an even fatter chunk of cash and bonuses for themselves. They knew what was going on. The oil companies even lied about raising crude price because unemployment was low but was ONLY low because their benefits ran out. So yeah, there's no problem....

  • @ITBOILSMYBLOOD

I need to be a little clearer on the unemployment issue to avoid confusion. One of the lame excuses to raise the price of crude was because they said the job market improved and they made a play on that by showing unemployment statistics being very low, but that was only on paper. These people didn't find jobs, their unemployment benefits merely ran out.
