  • Lets face it, The Kinks are amazon there a realy good band and hats off to them, however Greenday are also a great band and i think personally that this song is pritty cool I mean you cant beet an origanal but they have done nicely i must say, you lot need to stop fighting about it and exsept everyone is diffrent and everyone likes different things thats what i think anyway still overall Kick ass song tho am i right

  • ok,l can understand that you like them more, but have you listened to the kinks? music doesn't have to be depressing to be relatable to teens. (I've listened to a lot of greenday and the kinks and my vote is for kinks)

  • Yeah here's how "good" green day isn't.They opened for a little known band called Slapshot in the early 90"s.They sucked so bad they were forced to leave the stage in the middle of the first fucking song.They are not punk rock,and if they try to play a real punk venue they will probably die.And if I find out that they have tried to ruin another good song my head will blow up.

  • That's the trouble with being elitist - you deny yourself so many simple pleasures. I'm 52, old enough to remember this song first time round, and Green Day DO rock. And this is a nice cover version, so get your head out of your arse and enjoy :-)

  • Did you take the time to even watch the video? You used the real version of the song, by the Kinks, so your movie is significantly longer. My transitions are completely different from yours, I incorporate effects, whereas you do not. You have the original dialogue throughout the movie and I DO NOT. The only similarity is that we based the video off the same episode, and there is no crime in that. You do not have rights to the episode. Do you have no respect at all?

  • I didn't expect that I'd like the cover, but GD actually does a good job. I love that you included the scene from Jordan and Woody's karaoke rendition of this song. I rooted for them getting together when I watched this episode. Woody is soooo hot!
