Sousuke and the other two are sent to be her bodyguard because she might get kidnapped and have her brain sifted for information planted there. The show is half high school drama, and have mecha action. There you go.

Kurz is played by Vic Mignogna, Teletha Tessarosa is played by Christy Hagg, Chris Paton is Souske, Greg Ayers is the little kid with glasses who's obsessed with mechs. Chris Paton was a main character from Abenobashi, as well as the girl playing Chidori, Greg Ayers and Christy Hagg are Chrono and Rosette from Chrono Crusade, and everyone know's where Vic Mignogna is from. lol
