Honestly Formula Monarchs are the best way to go with a Monarch variant. Had I gone to the YCS I would have highly considered them but I bailed last second but I believe they're going to do fairly well.

As for a replacement on what to play until you get all of the stuff for Frog Monarch, I'd say try some Spys and a Descendant main decked, it gives a solid tribute engine and let's you make Decendant plays for simplification for a Monarch drop next turn. Or you can go a recruiter route with Tomatos, maybe Cyber Dragons,Effect Veilers / Rykos, and tech some Sor
@IndeedVandal Well I was thinking of running tomatoes with either Zombie tech(Gobzob,mezuki etc) and run Cherry Inmatos and spam synchros. Or I was thinking of running D-Heros with malis etc with krebons/Cherry inmato. Oh and I also run Swaps and mark of the roses >_>
Hey, I just came back and what's a good Monarch Variant besides Formula? I want to get Formula stuff but until then...I don't know what to run
