  • im not sure weather this fish is actually alive or not i mean its been gutted by the looks of it, and i mean that would you know kinda make it dead lol xx

  • @xoGullysMumox it might be spasms.

  • its dead, but most of this fish' muscle tissue's are still alive and functioning.

kinda like when a gecko's tail gets cut off... the severed tail still twitches like hell. XD

  • If it were alive, it would flip and flop. If our heads or hands were cut off, it can move; doesn't mean we're alive.

  • btw even if you cut off the head, it will still move ^^

  • i was camping once and gutted a fish i caught and left it on the stringer for 3 hours. i went back and was gonna prepare it for the grill near the water and it flopped back and swam away with no organs

  • Lmao Since when dose a fish have a heart ? Please ansew My question ? that is easly some one under table putting a stick through it's chest You weirdo lol

  • omg

  • its the nerves hes already gutted this happened to me before

  • its nerve ending still moving like a chiken runs with it's head cut off

  • Ah, /b/

  • It was a bacteria. If you ate the fish without removing it, you'll die in 3 years.

  • its just his nerves dude

  • @chadloz Nerves require electricity to power them. Where is the electricity coming from?

  • It's probably just real fresh and so the nerves are still twitching.

Or that's some sick restaurant :/

  • @xoFalseSmilesox

Ya, its the nerves no fish survive after being gutted.

  • you wanna see a sick restaurant. I just watch some japanese asshole cut off hafe a fish and then put it back n the tank n let it swim aroud. U would think its just a fish but still thats gotta fucking hurt just as much.

  • Another bullshit animal activist video! The fish as no heart! How long can it live! That's involuntary muscle contraction. Wise up! It's people like you who mess up world trade, and quite often in poverty stricken countries.

  • Actually fish do have a heart.

Take a high school biology course.

  • Duh, give him the benefit of the doubt. I think no one is that dumb. If you're seeing the same video it's obvious THIS fish doesn't have a heart anymore.

  • Duh, the person I responded to said fishes do not even have a heart.

  • Where in his comment does it say "fishES" have no hearts? He said "THE" and I quote "the" fish has no heart. He's clearly talking about this one.

  • (I am not refering to the video clip)

A poster removed his post after I commented on it.

(Thats the problem with youtube now. A poster posts something up & then removes it. Then when you comment on his remark others take it out of context.)

  • you're a fucking retard Jenfucius. He's talking about this fish...it's heart has been removed you fucking sped.

  • subasurf your stupid.

I was refering to a poster who removed his post after I commented on it and then JusanothaUtuba took my post out of contex when he read it.

  • It's 'you're', not 'your'.

  • I dont claim to be a grammer or spelling expert.

  • @Jenfucius Shuuush....it's a secret...

  • @Jenfucius why high school , i learn that in elementary

  • if you eat a fish thats been dead for good its rigor mortis

  • Postmortem movement. Look it up.

  • IT's dead but the sense is still alive.

  • I've seen that before and when i investigated by cutting the moving area up?

it was maggots eating the flesh underneath

  • nerves

  • that's more than a little movement, and it seems more than a postmortum nerve reaction. omg.. if that thing was really still alive they should have done something to kill it immediately. the poor thing.

  • thats alittle move ment

  • Pain reception in fish

In 2003, Scottish scientists at the University of Edinburgh performing research on rainbow trout concluded that fish exhibit behaviors often associated with pain.[20] Professor James D. Rose of the University of Wyoming critiqued the study, claiming it was flawed.[21] Rose had published his own study a year earlier arguing that fish cannot feel pain as they lack the appropriate neocortex in the brain.

  • @000gian000 Of course they feel pain (good job proving it with facts) it's an evolutionary trait. All complex animals need pain to stop them from destroying themselves.

  • @kikook222 just like we used to think that organisms needed either energy from sunlight or from other organisms. but google it, they dont
