You are a bit backwards. The Zoning Code, which every California City has as part of their General Plan (not Agenda 21), controls land uses on any parcel of land. Agenda 21 is a multi- nation effort by the UN to promote sustainability, which for one, is trying to address climate change and combat rising waters that threaten the erosion of land along the coast. A major issue in the Bay Area that we should all be concerned with.

There will be an armed rebellion of Free Americans within the next 4 to 8 years which will be the catalyst for the 2nd American Revolution. Too much is taking place too quickly for the real American Spirit to simply lay down and let anyone continue to take fundamental constructs like land ownership away from them. I would use the term Civil War, but the fight will be first to wrestle the country back from the corrupt politicians and then the battle for freedom will be against the enemy within.
