What would you do if a family member or friend was tortured?
Plus torture never results in useful information except on tv.

You mean torture has never yielded useful information to stop potential terrorist attacks? Is that a fact? I head differently.
Torture is a difficult thing, especially to determine its effectiveness using scientific methods.

Torture doesn´t work because a tortured person would say ANYTHING to stop the torture.
IF you draw infos from a tortured person you might never know if he told the truth.
The whole "we prevented attacks by drawing infos using torture" is just propaganda...which attacks were prevented?
Don´t believe everything your government tells you, or you´ll end up in the "4th Reich", bro.
