Bucktailing Fluke In Moriches Bay Long Island

I've rented a boat from Silly Lilly 2 summers ago, we were catching more sea robins then flukes at the time. I was using strips of squid and spearings on a hook. Does bucktailing make that much of a difference?

yeah thats the wierd thing about long island is that sometimes the water i murkey and sometimes its crystal clear

Used to fish the Great South Bay back in the 30's and 40's, mostly flounder, some fluke, this was a very nice video.

When I fish for fluke, I kept all of them. No matter small or big. I never got caught!!
