  • BASS + MEGAMAN = fucking groove

    Great work !

  • great cover i really like the arrangement! the song blew my speakers up.

literally - its clipping and way too loud.. :/

  • @karlkrall1985 : Hey Karlkrall ! You're right ! My sound is too loud, i made a mistake when i exported the song ... I'm so sorry. You know when you're young, you wanna have a powerful sound, and sometimes, too much ! lol

  • Awesome sound, can you give me an overview of your gear set up, what bass do you play, and how do you get that amazingly buttery sound?

  • @roberthathaway : Hey Robert ! My bass is a sandberg bullet MM, i don't use my amp to record, i use fruity loops and my computer, i put my bass on and i add a compressor and a soundgoodizer, then i record, and i export the mix. I reload the track then i add a parametric equalizer.

  • @TheJomyloon How did you get hooked up with Sandberg basses? The action and the playability look awesome and you appear to be thoroughly enjoying the instrument. I have an American Standard Jazz Bass from Fender, but I wish the action was better on it. I have had it set up and probably wouldn't change anything, no string buzz, I just have a long way to go to get to your level. In addition, I am at a wall, I know my different scales and modes but I have no idea on how to put that into music.

  • @roberthathaway I tried a sandberg in a bass shop one year ago, and i just loved it And that was cheap and better than a factory worked bass so i bought it. About you, i think you could just let your emotion drive you when you play, when you learn a scale, Victor Wooten said it's like when you learn a new word, put it into a context, like you speak. When you speak you don't know if its a verb, adjective or something else, you just feel and have a story to tell.

  • I love your style! So cool!! Thanks for your mail. I'll double-feature you tomorrow. Keep your eyes open :)
