Hey fella, you're not putting the front cover on properly. You have to slide the hole cover from the very top and slide it down the whole lenght of the rail, not just the first few inches, like you did.
I own two of those boxes and I can certify that they don't lift out like you did when they are locked. They have to slide up the whole lenght of the rail to get to the camera.
great cameras ,super battery life. If you cant afford to lose it dont leave it in the woods! Locks are for honest people. A thief will find a way to get it. TRY THIS put a junk game cam in the box climb the tree and put another infarred camera out of sight aimed at the bad camera. you may just catch a thief
