I really wonder what traumatic thing happened in her past, too. I've seen performers intoxicated before, but never this fucked up. This is like lobotimized drunk, dementia like she doesn't even know where she is. And she also cut her arms, got emphysema from smoking crack etc. Sure, addiction makes people do strange things, but I've rarely seen anything this extreme before, even from Iggy Pop. She had a rough relationship, but so do lots of people. I wonder if she was sexually abused? So sad.

Surely after a few song attempts the band should've also realized it wasn't working and literally grabbed her and taken her offstage. There were Doors concerts where Jim Morrison was so fucked up they eventually cut the show short, but here they seem determined to drag it all the way down to the end. The backup singers admirably tried to fill in for her, but it's shameful they didn't end it after the first song.

I will remember her as one of the greatest voices of all time, a tragic icon and a legend. If the band picked up and left, or Amy went of stage before there time was up on playing the gig the management could have been sued by the venue or something like that and they wouldn't be payed full. This is very sad. All of the people around her should have been working to get her into rehab instead of pushing her out there like this. Now this is what everyone has to remember her by in her last show. Very sad. God bless her family. RIP

@aluckbaby They played because that was their job. Apparently, she had ben doing fine and just completed a stinit in rehab. Then right before this show, shes showed up drunk. Then they canceled the rest of this tour. I dont think that the band should be judged for doing what they were paid to do- its called professionalism.

@aluckbaby You are 100% right clearly all the people around her car about nothing but the money she produced for them and if she didn't perform they would not get theirs so they just kept on propping her up bleeding everything out of her till there was nothing left . Granted she isn't an innocent bystander they didn't force the drugs on her I'm sure however there comes a time when you draw the line and say enough is enough . In the other video she keeps telling that guy "I'm gonna fall down"

@aluckbaby Hey i was thinking the same thing...this would NOT happen in Jamaica...and thats not a supposition...someone would take her skinny butt off the stage and and least make sure she feels better (sobers up) before encouraging her to go back on stage....contract or not she is human...every1 needs some1 to look out 4 them at some point
