  • awesooooooooome awesooooome men

  • Nice sounds, chill yet myterious... just 1 question though

what the hell are those speakers you got sitting on top of your setup?!? Never seen anything like it

  • wow, great rift build.

can you answer a question here.

I have a synth here Radias, Nord Wave on its way.

you have a drum machine here? can I program a pattern from the drum machine and trigger the keyboard ?

    thanks

    colin

  • Hi, Colin! Actually here I have two drum machines. Korg itself can trigger only two monophonic parts of the keyboard and D2 can play polyphonic parts. You need just to plug your midi cable to drum machine's out and keyboard's in. Then assign midi channel on which you wand midi messages to be sent.

  • plus you can play the keyboard parts you want to play into the sequencer then have the sequencer play the keyboard... damn, did people actually used to play instruments before midi existed? what an awesome invention, it's like all your equipment is just one big instrument

  • usually the main musical instriment must be in one's head... the rest is technics

  • That's a great point... I think that's also a defense of sampling & midi sequencing combined with performance instruments though.. It's pure composition, dictation of what's in your head, whereas a band atmosphere can be that but usually isn't

  • Amazing, and nice setup too.

Is the korg groovebox playing too or it's just the nord?

  • korg carries some drums and double bass too)

  • hello, nice sounds, what is that box in right side of nord?

  • Roland D2 groovebox. I use it as s poliphonic loop sequencer. Unfortunateky it is quite bad for midi editing cause it's too cheap!) By the way thanks for listening:))

  • sexy sounding synth
