Oh that sounds fun. We often canicross train around there. i'll have to get the bike there one saturday - what sort of time? We usually park at warren Lodge and ride to the forestry centre because I'm mean ;-)

We just tried the Red Trail - its so muddy! Fantastic fun, but how do you stop? You must be mad to do that with two dogs!

There are some trails near me where my dogs can take a dip at the end like that. They hurry up at the end for their mud bath!

I think I'll buy a helmet cam because I started hard trail with my dog and it's impossible to record with only one hand on the bike...

What is your average speed with your dog?

I have no idea - I haven't fitted a speedometer to the bike, but its not to fast yet. Its still very warm, and we are learning.

As for holding a camera on hard trails - it can be er... interesting ;)
