I went to a conference at the World Trade Center after the basement parking lot had been bombed, heroically thinking that lightening won't strike twice as I was sitting in a beautiful ballroom right over where it'd been bombed.
Later I went to another conference in NYC at Pace University. We went out to dinner at Windows on the World, floor 106 of WTC, Tower 2 again certain that lightening wouldn't strike twice.
A few years later, 9/11.
The point? I dunno.
