this is a poor compression of an epic series. first off, momoshiro and ryoma literally hit twice against each other before you're supposed to magically gather that he won. same with inui. and then when they reach the prefecturals, you can see inui off to the side walking behind the regulars. but inui lost to kaidoh only because kaidoh lost to ryoma in the manga.

I honestly don't know why people keep saying the Taiwanese version is so bad. Compared to this, I liked the Taiwanese version better. You barely even see Ryoma playing in the tournament for the regular position. I think this version is good, but it mashes up the parts too much for my taste. The Taiwanese version does better of actually using "drama."
