I have had mine for 2 years with no problems. I just took the time to read the instructions. My scratch button was flashing as soon as I turned the unit on. per the trouble shooting instructions. I turned the power off turned and held the button like it says in the instructions and it stopped flashing.

YUP, my 2nd deck does not even read CDs...always errors, and now i have to send it to f'n cali for them to fix, once i fix it i am selling this...and using my VDJ and Total Control, DIGITAL ALL THE WAY!!!

it took them 6 months to fix mine and i sent it back 3 times in that small amount of time and there customer service was the worst EVER

You are good. The left side wouldn't release my cd. Customer service gave me such a problem I didn't even want to send it to them. I used a credit card to eject it. Then the other side stopped. Right now I just use Serato Scratch Live and leave the Digital CD's in there. I really wish I never bought this unit. The amount of money spent I could have just gotten a whole unit from Rane.

u should take it back when i bought mine the left side wouldnt eject the cd so i took it back and they gave me another new one
