  • I have an E-SAVAGE, can i replace both Motors with two Brushless NOVAK motors?

  • i always wait for the end XD

  • Would you sugest running a brushless system on a dirt race track, or should i run a basic stock ESC and motor. which one is better so I'm not over jumping everything?

  • @KTMBOY1112 go with brushless!! you will thank me later!!

  • no electric cost more than nitro nitro stinks

  • Does anyone know if this kit cleanly house a Mamba Monster esc and motor?

  • if you have a nitro why would you want it electric

  • Search Savage FLUX- then you'll see.

  • why not?

  • nitro's r more expensive then electrics

  • the track i race at is indoor so no nitro cars.. but the 1/8 car are coming more and more to the track because of the conversions that are out there. they are fun to see race and now there are more electric kits comeing out.

  • less mess, less wrenching, less maintenance, faster than nitro (if you have a high power brushless and lipo setup)

  • @cooptroop123 this is true but man nothing like the sound of a nitro screaming at 32,000 rpm's.

  • bought the hv 6.5..pos just buzzes..says the shaft is stuck..

  • The novak setup is unbalansed and to slow, to low voltage and it's gonna break.

When you are gonna convert a 1/8 buggy or Truggy, Go for a MGM Compro esc, Medusa afterburner v2 4 pole brushless motor and 6s min 4200 mah lipo batterie.

For the alloy parts go to Fiorini, they make the motor mounts and stuff like that.

Put the motor in front of your car and the lipo's in the back left and right as close ass possible in the middle

  • No, Novak isn't the slowest out on the market. Hold on, are you new to the hobby? Did you know that Novak invented the first brushless motor?

Medusa is average and they build motors with torque rather than speed. Medusa is also suppose to be for Airplanes but you can believe whatever you want.

  • for 1/10 it's great we run our 1/10 scale cars whit novak.

  • yes i am new to the hobby i only do this hobby since 1992.

  • too slow, too low voltage?

thats why your meant to use the novak High Voltage motor made for 1/8 like the guy in this vid

  • yes, but the esc get red hot and the motor is getting broken. the magnet was come loose from the shaft.

  • it should come with a warranty, probably a faulty one

  • I had put a Novak 5,5 hv on my rc8t and run for 8 times, then the magnet came loose from the 5mm shaft, now a'm gonna put in a medusa
