@uniomystica5 Good point, but all movements will stimulate growth, especially if you are coinstantl;y changing your routine and challenging your muscle fibre to work in different directions and at different tensile strengths.
hey man thanks for the great video could you upload some summer workouts with dumbbells only? Cause I really look for some definition in my biceps especially. I have mass but my biceps are so long and when not in peaked condition they don't look that big so I would like to fix this
@Damntubeusers will do, got barbell, dumbbell 3 day 4 day and 5 day splits as well as beginner intermediate advanced and bonkers abs planned oh yes and legs, so stay tuned, also check out dinosaurnutrition for some excellent bicep workouts

the handposition at 3:12 is the most efficient you can do to innervate all fibres and stimulate real growth
