I can't believe how many people on here have never seen a walk in incorporated into a pitcher's warmup. It is a good way to get yourself thinking about using your legs.

Yes, she was warming up. I do that when I warm up, it's called a walk-in. Anyways, she is a pretty good pitcher from what I can tell.(:
