Local affiliates are allowed to preempt certain adsad breaks for their own ads. Dollhouse commercials appear to have been placed in those ad breaks.

It's not even something released as a teaser or promo. It was just the final segment of the graphics package on the FOX publicity site.
So far this is all we have yet?
I saw an actual promo last night but I haven't seen it posted anywhere

It's not been posted because seemingly in most places that promo was preempted by the local affiliates. Most major markets, in fact, never got to see the promo.
