why don't these divers carry a knife or something?, man! if I was in his position, i'd have a knife on me all the time and if anything wants some shit BAM! knife in the nose/eyes
@Teeklip Most divers do carry knives strapped to their leg. But do you really think a little knife is going to work on an animal that size? It would only piss it off some more.
@IncomeGDI good point, but i'm not talking about a puny becker bk2 or something, i'm talking about a serious blade like a bowie, If you were a seal and you got stabbed in the eye, you would be in quite a lot of pain, they wouldn't attack you because they could be hurt again
the seal was just playing with them... if he was really trying to attack and eat them he would have easily crushed the diver's head the first time. and when it grabbed hold of the diver's arm, the seal could have easily crushed it but it didn't. the divers took a risk once they started 'playing' with it and hugging it. that's a big no no with any wild animal. observe and respect it, but don't play with it.
