Im 24 and soon I pay off my truck loan, Im looking to move into a Mobile home park, I think it will be better then renting an apartment, Who knows?

Depends on the community owner, I live in a community owned by sun communities and am not happy with their service at all, It certainly is not what they promised on their website. i feel I was lured into the community with empty promises and now I am trapped because no one will buy my home because of management. Rent goes up yearly aswell

I move all of my homes in Mobile Home Parks. In fact I invest all of my money in Mobile Homes.
