hey man, I get that problem when I use adobe premiere as well...
Im not sure what I format I produced it on on cyberlink... but I think I just uploaded the clip straight to youtube without editing. Im pretty sure the new resolution for widescreen is 640 x 360. I was reading an article that said if the quality was to good youtube would downgrade it in the conversion process.
I have started to use sony vegas and I am hoping that will produce better results :) hope that helped..
wat format did u produce it as because mine never come out filling the screen
