  • thats some good advice i didnt know you could cheat one day out of the week and still be burning calories through out the week.I use to think if i cheated i messed up.I tried a strick diet that only lasted 2 weeks it just made me more hungry

  • I have a journal that I wrote how being overweight makes me feel, reasons why I want to lose weight, rewards, and I also write in there everything I eat and drink, and one small goal to reach for each week. I've had lots of ups and downs but one thing is true....I still haven't given up!

  • writing is really the number one thing! even when I am not paying that much attention on my points, I still write down what I eat!!!! I have my little diary open in the kitchen! Thanks for all the tips! xoxo
