@LouiseRed89 This technique renders very very fast, but as many commenters have noted, it looks pretty crappy. However, it doesn't even need to repeat, as it uses procedural textures built into Blender. Thus, it can keep going forever without the need to create tileable textures or loopable animations. Looks great but water usually rolls over it self and other stuff like that, Looks more like waving cloth.

i like it but none of the water seems to break up or splash. it seems more like a piece of cloth

slow it down a bit. the speed is a little unnatural. also, some extra lighting (preferably a sun lamp) may do u good.
