They have this song on the new DS exclusive four swords level based off links awakening. Its on stage 3 of the gold level in the realm of memories. It definitely gave the game an even more epic feel than normal. :)

I honestly think this is the best arrangement of the main Zelda theme ever. The basic theme, and any revision that came after this, never had the epic feeling that this version has. I would love to hear someone do a version of this with full band, the same as has been done for Dragon Roost Isle.

@TheTrohl It's funny you say that... I HATE Zelda, but the only title I do like in the series is Link's Awakening. Oh OK, Majora's Mask was pretty good too... but otherwise, I really dislike Zelda. =/

@Ander0072originalv2 I Remember being stuck with this game a long long while, I must have restarted this game and get all items and max out rupies 20 times before I found that bowwow could eat his way in the 2d dungeon. I played for ages, couldnt figure it out and quit for a few months, and when I was bored at my parents dinner party, I screamed out loud when I finally found out how to continue.... Ohhh memories.. Love this game and gonna try an download all the songs : D

I remember after getting roc's feather i'd go north of Mr. Write's house and climb that one staircase, leading to that one little patch of grass at the bottom of the tal tal mountains screens, the one with the black owl statue, and id just stand there so i could hear this song for forever. favorite song from my favorite game

I remember that when I first bought this game, I had no idea about great games at all. The game amazed me by being to huge and entertaining. I even had a PC at that time and I remember forgetting everything about it. This tiny little game was better than anything my PC could offer at the time. This is how I got into console gaming. Now I've played most zelda games out there.

This totally wasn't Kondo. The soundtrack was a collaboration between Kazumi Totaka, Kozue Ishikawa, and Minako Hamano. They (obviously) used Kondo's music as inspiration, but if Kondo wrote it, it probably wouldn't have been this memorable or epic.

Because i did not had a SNES, this game was a great compensation for not being able to play "Zelda 3- A link to the past". Even the worldmap was a bit similar to ALTTP.
