Cat 12F Motor Grader Grading A Road

What was he trying to do to the road? It seemed a little dry to me for grading. Also I've never seen anyone just pushing dirt with a loader. Was he just learning? 90% of the time his blade should be around 30-40 degrees, with his blade rolled forward a little to roll the dirt.

yeah looks like he is maybe tryin to crown it but he dont know how to roll the dirt maybe they do it different there

This guy has no idea ! He should be on a dozer. Look how square the blade is, a grader moves dirt forward and to the side to get it where you want it. How else is he going to get all that material out away from those trees !
