Attention all you ricers....Red, Blue, Orange, Green, or anything other than white or amber angel eyes are illegal in all 50 states. They may look nice and unique, but you'll become very popular with the cops in no time and will be their favorite person when they need to fill in their ticket quota. Only emergency vehicles can display colored lights.

@PosholNahooy Almost any modification you make to a vehicle's lighting system which takes it out of a stock configuration, is illegal. DOT has to individually approve lighting systems for each car; once you change it, it's no longer DOT-approved. But you're right, having red or blue lights on your car is definitely pushing it and is sure to get you stopped.

@hibob841 I know that because one of my good friends is any NYPD captain. The most I've done to my BMW is install DOT approved LED tail lights, Bimmian Angel Eyes, LED interior lights, LED license plate bulbs, and clear turn signal and side marker lenses with stealth bulbs that blink yellow, but the car is still street legal because I don't have lights that flash red or blue. I'm not looking to rice out my BMW and make it look like a Christmas tree like some of these fools do. It's silly.

I would love to market it and make some money, but that would be too hard. These are very labor intensive, and people don't like to pay for labor. Besides, when you can get an HID kit for the same price... I also like being the only one with them. I will make them, but they will never be inexpensive enough for the masses.
