  • Yeah, HIP has never impressed me much, and I kinda have the same theory...I don't want to spend the money on it when for near the same amount I could buy a "better" brand.

  • How did you like the Milk? Is it like Mac's white liner pencil? I use that on my waterline sometimes to make my eyes look bigger...for what it's worth. Or is that more like a big shadow pencil? I couldn't tell, and don't use that brand, but I was curious.

  • It's not bad but I've only used it a handfull of times, I need to experiment more. I've never tried it on the waterline cuz it's so big but I've heard of others doing that too. They are so soft, does it melt of on you easily?

  • Hmm well, it's doesn't stay on the waterline any longer or less than other, darker colored eyeliners. I just coat it pretty thick, and it is pretty cool. I have rich dark chocolate brown eyes and this does make them look a little bigger and more doe-eyed.

  • have you tried buying HIP at walmart? it's always cheaper, but not as cheap as BOGO

  • Thanks for the heads up, unfortunately the closest Walmart is like 45 minutes away and not an area that I ever go to. It goes on BOGO pretty often though.

  • You mentioned the Spiced Chocolate Quad in this video and I am so sorry I skipped on that quad. I have been trying to get it on makeupalley and nobody wants to swap and I have a pretty good list. I think the brash is so unique. Love your vids:)

  • where do you purchase your nyx?

love the haul by the way

  • Thanks!

I usually get NYX at Longs Drugs.

  • they sell nyx at longs?!?

i usually drive about 90 miles for my nyx... and now its just down the street!!!

    yeah!

  • They sure do! At least at all the ones near me. It's usually on an end or a center aisle in teh cosmetic section opposed to on the wall like Revlon or Almay etc. Definitely ask if you don't see it :)

  • Great Haul Your going to love Milk. I suggest applying it to a brush and then using the brush to apply.... this stuff is creammmmmy! Have fun with your new stuffies!

  • I need to try applying it with a brush. I usually use the other Jumbo pencils straight but I have yet to get Milk to work for me. I'm starting to wonder if it only works with lighter skin tones although I'm not giving up on it yet.
