@LiveLaughLovee131 I wouldn't. If you whiten your teeth while you have braces your teeth whiten unevenly and when you get your braces of you'll have little squares where the color is different. My orthodontist wouldn't even let me use whitening toothpaste when I had braces.

i just get my toothbrush get some of my toothpaste and pure a tiny bit of baking soda on it then I just brush my teeth for excatly three minutes and then wash my mouth with water and mouthwash :)

@HorsesGuitarsBallet you dont want to whiten your teeth while you have braces. The reason? It will whiten AROUND th bracesbut not UNDER the braces so when you take them off you have these weird spots on your teeth where the braces were. Please dont do this i hope its not too late. Just wait until you get them off thats what i did.

My teeth are literally as yellow as banana's, I haven't smiled in public in years.

I wish I'd of used a straw when I was younger because I drank so much soda due to my dad working into a soda factory and us getting so many free 2 litre bottles of soda a week. It's all I ever drank and now my teeth are paying the price. I hate them so much, I hope this works, if now I'm trying baking soda, I don't want to use crest white strips because they make your teeth sensitive.

I brush my teeth w hydrogen peroxide...if you try it..make sure you don't swallow any of it lol.

a tip that i tryed that seemed to produce instant results was hydrogen peroxide

i poured some into a cup pour a mouthful into your mouth and hold it in

swish around for good coverage on your teeth and hold it in your mouth as long as you can

then spit repeat a couple of times until your teeth are the desired whiteness

do this before you brush or else the peroxide will sting the abrased gums be careful not to swallow the peroxide...it produces intant results

strawberries would be better to do that this. the strawberries have acidity and can help break down the plaque. but its not good to do it everyday. aalso, adding olive oil and baaking soda on your tooth paste every day will help ALOT. i use that and my teeth are super white.

I actually showed my mom this video because she's a dentist and I just wanted to hear her opinion. she highly wouldn't recommend you doing this. bananas are not good for your teeth. bananas has sugar in em', and that will form acid on your teeth. doing this to your teeth might seem like a good idea now, but in the long drag this isn't the right and healthy way to whiten your teeth. ,

@julio123206 I wouldn't reccomend this if you have braces, because your teeth will get white but when your braces are removed you will have yellow squares where your braces were. Plus the bannana will get stuck in your braces. lol
