This was made by the same person who made Dancouga. The kanji above its name at 0:04 literally translate to "bullet", "accuse", and "phoenix". There is bound to be a hidden meaning to it like with "Dankuuga" (severance, emptyness/sky, ego).

Actually, It was Masami Obari. If you check out Bubblegum Crisis eps 5 and 6, you can see more of his designs and then match the Dangaioh aesthetic.
