Good advice....only, that's a caribou, not a moose. Same advice applies, though, as it should with all wild animals. Side note: in this case, on the open tundra, the caribou decides how close it gets to me- not vice versa. I saw this animal at about 100 yards and it promptly trotted over to within 30 yards and circled me several times to investigate.
