  • this shit is magnific!!!!! wow.. I forgot this band and now Im peeing watching this video....

  • PERFECTION

  • Such a good voice. Wow.

  • AWSOME

  • Augment of Rebirth - 10:45 ish

    Lunar Wilderness - 21:52

  • Guess I should have read the description before asking. Lol

  • @strangebeave or the title.

  • Was this show at the Egyptian room in Indy?

  • @strangebeave lol

  • i was there!!

  • That "have I become a god" section is probably one of the most beautiful pieces of music in metal I have ever heard.

  • BTBAM Hands down one of the best prog metal bands out right now. So many different styles of music and done well, is hard to find in this day and age. FACT

  • man everytime i hear these guys i think i'm in an epic space movie. 1,000 times more epic then star wars. haha,

  • Tommy is great live. Sometimes he doesn't do so well on the clean parts, for whatever reason it might be. I think he's more comfortable screaming maybe... And a little sub conscious about his clean vocals. Idk. Don't want to try to speak for him.

  • @Kryptik316 the clean vox on Specular Reflection are for the most part pretty damn high for male vox. i have a similar range as him and some parts like in the chorus are just outside my range to where its hit or miss half of the time. He sounds a little flat on most of the videos i see of this song live and probably practices these songs way more than i do lol. but at least he doesnt cheat and go falsetto! This video actually he sounds better than most of the others ive seen. but i agree with u

  • the crowd looks weak, look up their shows in Toronto for a good crowd

    trust me, i was there

  • I love how at 24:19 he sticks the pick in his mouth to do some tapping and takes it out a second later without skipping a beat. BTBAM is masterful.

  • I love BTBAM. One of my favorite bands, but Tommy's not the greatest live singer haha

  • @lethalbydefault i havent read a singel review who shares your opinion.

  • @lethalbydefault i havent read a singel review who shares your opinion.

  • BTBAM is one of the few, if not the only, hardcore bands that actually sound just as good or even better live.

  • @vanherwarde are you seriously calling BTBAM a hardcore band?L O L

  • @vanherwarde BTBAM is NOT hardcore. Hardcore bands are terrible. All they do is play breakdowns.

  • @vanherwarde and one of the few with an original sound :)

  • thats one big ass stage.

  • I'm glad you left the bad part out.

  • @gregorydharris this was sarcasm, right?

  • I want to like this a million times. Fucking amazing

  • the one person that disliked the video should be put into a hypersleep then never wake up

  • I love how they don't even have to count off to start a song. You know you're a coherent, talented, well-rehearsed band when you can do that, and not a lot of bands can say that.

  • @Mordecai2013 They use in-ear monitors with a click track so they can stay on precise time, burst unexpectedly into songs, and use a backtrack. But they are awesomely awesome :P

  • Holy crap Tommy can go freaking low on his growls! he should do that on the second half of the parallax! And Blake should do a gravity blast!

  • Sweet video man!! The only thing that bugs me is the echo on Tommy's mic during some of the clean parts!

  • Tommy rogers is god

  • in every live video it seems like dustie is always in the dark, lol.

  • this whole entire band is always on point and always pushes the envelope for progressive music love these guys thx for posting a great video

  • this is the best video on youtube.....i love you

  • as a drummer, let me tell u something... this guy is just unbelievable.

  • Flawless Execution And Brilliant Performance!!!

This Is Why I'm Into These Guys Since "ALASKA" Evolutionary Musicians With Outstanding Formulas To Accomplish Music With No Boundaries And No Other Pretensions Than To Make Real Art.

    All Hail BTBAM!!!

    Sick Footage, Thank You.

  • I want to be there.

  • Thanks for the upload!

  • Holy shit, a crowd that can keep time.

  • I didn't know Boromir was btbam's drummer

  • @Sixthslaught i laughed so hard you're really funny! love blake!

  • Dude, you are probably my best friend now, because your video shooting performance was so on spot on the right awesome moments, and especially fro capturing the best metal band in everything ever......BTBAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Best Fucking Performance I Have Ever Seen.... Tommy: "Am I God!!?" (yes Tommy, yes you are)

  • 3:49 some girl squirts because the orgasmic performance takes its effect

  • This comment is to TheRealConcertKing. BTBAM is coming to nashville where I'm at Friday. I was JW what their setlist is like since this EP came out. Do they just play Parallax? I'm personally cool with that, but I was just wondering if they played anything from Misdirect or from the next album at all?????

  • @THEsnowthug btbam said before they started touring that they were always gonna open with the whole EP parallax and then play older songs. they played fossil genera and swim to the moon off misdirect and then son of nothing and ants of the sky and selkies was their encore

  • Son Of Nothing, Ants Of The Sky, Swim To The Moon, Selkies, and the entire Hypersleep Dialogues CD. What other songs did they play? Or is that it. Cause 7 songs is like 20 in BTBAM's time frame.

  • i remember it was all of hypersleep dialogues, sun of nothing, ants of the sky, the first like 4 minutes of swim to the moon, drum solo, fossil genera, and then they ended with selkies

  • @robertxflakes They should've played all of Swim To The Moon. That song is a trip.

  • i was there. no job for a cowboy videos?

  • @stripgaga I only get videos of GOOD bands.

  • @TheRealConcertKing wow. i did like you until that hate came out! haha just kidding man. well i guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion but job is still brutal despite the haters out there

  • @stripgaga No doubt, no doubt. They are pretty brutal. But, they are just nowhere close to the same compositional level, nor skill level as BTBAM. I think that's all he was saying. I mean, I know you said jk so not trying to state the obvious, but just wanted to reinforce I guess. They did just sign to Metal Blade. That's the only reason I can think of that they're even touring with them. Not that Job is bad. I like them for what they are. It just seems out of context with a band like BTBAM.

  • @THEsnowthug it was a weird bill but as a fan of both bands, i liked it. there were a lot of stupid scene sluts there just for btbam and had no idea nor cared who job was. in my experience, fans of bands like this have a close minded mentality and think btbam, or a7x or bring me the horizon or whoever else, are the only good band on the planet and don't care about anyone else. realconcertking seems like he has similar tastes so hes cool but other people i've met have been assholes

  • @THEsnowthug and you could say the same thing for btbam about compositional level. death metal is still difficult to play and i'm sure JOB didn't start out playing metallica at first. as musicians i'm sure they know how to play other music. death metal is just what they prefer. i don't think btbam could play death metal as well as job or dying fetus or cannibal corpse. they both have their own strengths. as a music lover, i dig job and btbam for what they are

  • @stripgaga You have no idea what you're talking about. Yes, respectively they each play their own style, but death metal<BTBAM. They could play Death metal in their sleep. The amount of technicality and finesse and playing from BTBAM is just...on a whole other level, and if you can't see that then you obviously don't play or study music. Not to start a re-bashing from months ago, but you just can't put simplistic Death Metal Bands on the same level as BTBAM. They're brutal beyond the obvious.

  • @MuffinPriest you just proved my point of btbam fans. thank you.

  • @stripgaga What point was that?

  • @TheRealConcertKing hey man thanks a lot for sharing this, the quality is really good. What kind of camera did you use to record this? I was going to bring my DSLR with a shotgun mic to record it too but was put off by all the signs saying "no video allowed".

  • @MrHarrHarrHarr i have a sony cybershot h20. and i'm pretty sure they wouldn't let you in with that. if the lens is detachable it's not allowed, and i don't think they'd allow a shotgun mic in either.

  • @TheRealConcertKing i liked this about 20096 times.

  • @TheRealConcertKing No need to be a dick to people asking you a simple question

  • @jordash255 How is stating a fact being a dick? Don't be a little bitch.

  • @TheRealConcertKing Total win.

  • @TheRealConcertKing why you bagging on njfc?

  • @TheRealConcertKing I lol'ed

Thanks for posting this epic leet greatness

  • Augment of Rebirth - 10:45 ish

    Lunar Wilderness - 21:52
