Just because a character is supposed to be "hot", which I could argue the ideals of "hot" all day, doesn't mean a chubby girl dressed as Rinoa can't look good in the costume. It's really just how one makes that work for them. Unfortunately, none of these people could find themselves around their own costume without a flashlight and a needle.
