Deliverance from Sin how to no longer be sinful

i have this problem,in theres someone living with us who goes to church , but sins

in my house by watching worldly movies in front of my children. He is not my son and he is an adult , so i dont feel right to say anything to him , until tonight , i got angry with him for watching those movies in front of me and my children and told him it was affecting my family, me too because i start to watch movies again also and now its harder for me to focus on God.

You get alot of faith developed if you pray in tongues alot like about 2 hours a day everyday. also Holiness and peace and righteousness will abide with the presence of God on you. your words will be from God when you're filled with God.

Bless you brother. I also fell back into sin after getting victory and it was seven times worse. It took thirty years to get the victory again after serving the law of sin in my flesh but the law of God in my mind. It's supposed to be a blessing for a family, building intimate relationship with husband and wife. but that becomes just fleshly pleasure when taken lightly, also in case they break up it leaves a deep scar emotionally and changes people to have a colder heart, also if you get pregnant and you don't get married, abortion becomes a problem or adoption is another problem separating mother from the child. also when people have multi partners it speads STDs. God's law is to keep us safe not to stop

us having fun, its like making a baby's bed with cage so that baby won't fall and get hurt. you wouldn't want your husband to have slept with thousands of other girls that he made love with would you? therefore keeping yourself pure is important for the one you will get married to.

in speaking of God's Commandment, we should refer to all commandments and not the "ten commandments" alone.... Im so sorry that i can tell the specific verse in the bible that state "our obedience in the commandments shall be added to our sins because we should not follow the ten commandment alone... Akissa that's a silly question. If the bible said its a sin, it is. Do you not believe in the Holy Bible? it is the only real truth. Christianity is what is it, just Christianity. There are only one Christianity. You mean religions. Being a christian is like a, how should i put it. its like a mark or something saying 'I truly want to follow god and I'm a believer' But clearly you just need to be obedient to Jesus Christ and fast pray, read the bible and be bless with the Holy Spirit.

i would be extremely cautious attributing OCD

to possession i have it so sever i i worried i had blasphemed the holy ghost for 6 months but i had aleady been baptised with the holy spirit i had it previously to that also so either your saying God blesses people who are possessed or i have it as a result of being born in sin sin causes diseases does not mean your possessed and it does not mean becasue you fall into deliverd sins that all is lost people fall if we dont fall your not saved

The comma is placed wrong in Luke 23:43 according to the original KJV, it is supposed to be after today. It would read, And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee today, shalt thou be with me in paradise. You also have to remember when Christ rose from the dead He told Mary not to touch because He had not yet ascended to His Father.

Dear Mary Tully, I sincerely believe you can overcome OCD of horrible thoughts by heavily filling your mind with the word of God. It will have to be a drastic measure of giving up/reducing other non-essential activities such as tv, newspapers, worldly music, worldly movies/reading material. The Bible says in Psalms119:11..Thy word have I hid in my heart, that I might not sin against thee.

If possible, also read John Eckhardt's book on "Identifying & Breaking Curses".

You seem to have a open and humble spirit brother. Accountability is big with me;I must have at least one other brother that "knows" everything about my weaknesses. The first church lived in community and there is in me a longing to live this way. Alone I am bound to revert. To live in repentence is to grow in the Lord and whenever the mark is missed, use it as a platform to be stronger by learning how to overcome that sin and gain victory...we are never PERFECT but we must always be perfecting. Though Ive always had victory over drugs and alcohol since I came to Christ I had to learn with grace how to defeat porn. As long as we live in repentence we will eventually overcome sin...its dangerous to give in and become comfortable with reoccuring sin.

Keeping him #1 is all we really need to do to stay out of trouble with sin, but this is much, much easier said than done. If we get caught up in sin we should just turn our eyes back to him and keep them there and trust him to work it out in us. God bless you brother Genoark, nice message.
