i like the work you put in to your video's. Come check out my video Seminar's on staying RECESSION Proof. Thank you so much and if you would subscribe that would be great also.
man that is some crazy cool, great job. I love trains we just don't have the volume of train traffic like you guys. Thats why I appreciate the vids. I live northern bc and when I come down I always make time to sit and watch them on my way to Victoria
@ATributeToBCRail Too bad that British Columbia Railway is not around anymore until Canadian National stuck their nose in its business I never liked Canadian National in the first place since they took over all freight operation that Illinois Central ran for years Illinois Central was my favorite railroad well not anymore since Canadian National took over all of Illinois Central's freight operation.
a BCR hogger joked to me once saying that he gets 'gun shy' coming down the hill and will put it into DB early at around Kelly Lake. I don't blame him - southbounds carry loads
I do the n.v 2 p.g every summer and it always scares the s@#$! out of me. it takes about an hour i think. And every time a car passes a lub patch it smokes for a quater-mile!I have BIG respect for the hoggers upfront!
These are really great videos that are being put together. The scenes are filmed with time and care, and you can tell that the video equipment being used is of high quality!!!
That panorama of the train sweeping around that curve and across the viaduct is stunning! What a beautiful shot! Was it easy to get to your vantage point? Excellent video!
Yes that vantage point is along the highway north of Lillooet so fortunately it is very easy to get to, as are a lot of the locations featured in my videos.

Cool, my dad lives in Lillooet and was a conductor on one of the trains. I got to ride on them to my home in 100 Mile House.

must be a quit town, pick ups blocking the road like it's normal.
Must be wonderful to live there without all the people being stressed all day long.

haha yes, a classic railway town... it used to have a lot of activity until the forest industry suffered setbacks

nice vid!! this is diffently the scariest part of the lillooet sub full db the whole way down!
milepost312 3 years ago
ya full db and some train brake too I'm sure!

oh WOW! do you work for CN? a locomotive engineer? haha maybe it's time to rename the video to something like "the terrifying way down"
ATributeToBCRail 3 years ago
yep, they've got about 6 to 10 lbs of air off. DB alone will not hold a train on that hill. Same with the hills on the Squamish Sub.
